Every seller is a verified gallery
There are no anonymous sellers on ARTCURRATO. Every gallery is verified two ways: by Stripe, the payment company that checks their business identity and bank account, and by our own team, who approves each gallery by hand before a single work goes live.
Who ships your artwork
The gallery itself. Nobody knows how to pack a painting better than the gallery that has been caring for it. The shipping charge you see on the artwork page is the gallery's real cost — no surprise fees at checkout. Galleries confirm every order within 24 hours of purchase, and authenticity is guaranteed by the selling gallery — the same guarantee you would receive buying from them in person.
Paying, safely
Payments run through Stripe's secure checkout. Your card details never touch our servers or the gallery's. When you click Acquire, we hold the piece for you for 30 minutes while you complete checkout — no one else can buy it out from under you. Buyers pay the artwork price plus shipping, exactly as shown; our fee is paid by the gallery, never by you.
If something goes wrong
Your purchase is with the gallery, and so is your refund path — their contact is on the artwork page and in your confirmation email, and they must confirm your order within 24 hours or refund you in full. If a gallery ever leaves you stuck, write to support@artcurrato.ai and we will step in. Card purchases also carry your bank's own dispute protection.
